Your ancestors deserve a place where their names are spoken, their lives are remembered, and their presence is honored.
The Ancestor Connection Altar was created to give you a dedicated sacred space for remembrance, offerings, prayer, ancestral guidance, and strengthening the connection between you and those who came before you.
At the center of the altar is the Texas Redbud Tree, representing ancestral roots, resilience, renewal, family legacy, and the continuation of generations. Just as a tree is sustained by roots we cannot always see, we are connected to generations whose lives helped make our own possible.
Unlike my other ritual altars, I intentionally leave the Ancestor Connection Altar unactivated. Your ancestral altar should become connected to your family, your lineage, and your ancestors, not mine.
A traditional ancestor invocation is printed directly onto the altar, allowing you to activate the sacred space yourself and begin establishing that personal connection.
Place photographs, candles, fresh water, flowers, food, heirlooms, and other meaningful offerings upon your altar. Speak their names. Tell their stories. Thank them. Ask your benevolent and well-intentioned ancestors for guidance, wisdom, protection, healing, clarity, and blessings for your family.
This altar also easily rolls up for storage or travel, allowing you to respectfully store your sacred space when needed.
